Course information

This 6 day course, run over six weeks, is aimed at those working as veterinary receptionists in practice. It will allow participants to develop their professional skills to provide an effective front-of-house service to veterinary clients.

What You Will Learn

Students will learn Communication Skills, Health and Safety, Management of the Veterinary Reception Area, Supply of Veterinary Products, Veterinary Terminology and Support for Pet Bereavement and stress.
