What happens next?

• Upon completion of this application, it will be reviewed by the residential team. For most applicants, someone in the team will be in touch to introduce themselves and ask for further information or arrange a meeting to ensure that we can meet the needs of the student.
• After reviewing the application, we will make a decision to either accept or decline it. Declining an application is rare and only occurs following a thorough review process and ongoing communication with the student (and parent / guardian where appropriate).
• Upon acceptance into accommodation, the applicant / student will be informed that they have been accepted as a potential residential student and will be sent the full terms and conditions for review. The notification of acceptance will be sent to the finance team for the financial agreement to be set up and for the application fee to be taken.
• We will start to allocate rooms upon acceptance but they will not be confirmed until the financial agreement has been signed and the application fee has been paid. All rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis in line with our allocation process.
